So often in conversations with parents, shop owners, and other residents, I am surpised to learn that we share not only a common locale, but a desire to write, share and learn. Maybe this can become a place where readers and bloggers learn about the diverse interests, expertise and humor in this urban suburban Chicago fringe community. Hi! I just heard about this blog from Virtual Farmgirl last night. Great idea! The name “Urban Fringe” is terrific and ties into the idea behind my blog’s name” West of the Loop.
